Encapsule Medical Devices has initiated a clinical registry called the REBL (Encapsule Medical Devices Excision of Breast Lesions) Registry, a prospective collection of data to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Phantom Soft Tissue Excision Device for the removal of breast lesions.
